Training medical talent from the new perspectives of medical education in the 21st century

现代社会对医学人才的要求不仅仅是学业优异 ,还有其他方面的能力如心灵的状态、创新能力以及适应环境变化的准备等。 2 1世纪的医学人才必须在人格系统上有所调整 ,必须有一种“心灵的流动”及“移情能力” ,如此才能有更大的生存和发展空间 ,才能更加体现自身的价值。这就对现行医学教育提出了严峻的挑战 ,为医学人才的培养提出了更新。

The demands from modern society to medical talent are not only outstanding records but also abilities of other sides,for instance,spiritual mood,ability of innovation,arrangement of conforming variation and so on.The talent of the 21th centruy should adjust their systems of personality,and possess 'spiritual flow'and 'ability of transferring emotions',so that they have larger space to develop,breathe and also realive the value of themselves.There are severe challenges for modern education.It puts forward regenerative and further demand for training medical talent.
