论当前中国社会化资源的亏空——关于我国儿童和青少年生存状况的深重忧思 被引量:6

On the Deficits of Social Resources in Contemporary China——Some Reflections on the Living Environment of Chinese Children and Youngsters

摘要 当前中国社会化资源的全面亏空主要表现为五个方面:(一)中国传统文化的解体与整合功能的缺失;(二)中国人日常道德生活的困境与人生态度的俗化;(三)政治伦理的合理性危机与价值共享的脆化;(四)教育失范与学校育人环境的劣化;(五)学生微观生活环境差异与生活适应困难。如此,一个合理的结论是中国社会化资源的重整和社会化机制的重建已迫在眉睫。然而重整和重建必须基于一种理想的思维架构,借用经济学中的"稀缺性假设"这一分析概念,我们需要反思教育领域中的三个问题:(一)当前教育领域的稀缺性资源是什么?(二)当代儿童和青少年究竟需要什么?(三)如何运用社会化资源的重整来合理满足儿童和青少年的需要? The deficits of social resources in contemporary China mainly lie in five aspects: 1) the breakup of Chinese traditional culture and loss of its integration function; 2) the moral troubles of daily Chinese life and vulgarization of life attitude; 3) the rationality crisis of political ethics and weakening of sharing value; 4) the differences of students' micro living environments and difficulties of life adaptation; 5) the loss of educational norms and degradation of school education environments. Therefore, we can draw such a conclusion that the rearrangement of China's social resources and reconstruction of social mechanism is a matter of great emergency. However, the fulfillment of the task should be based on a sound ideological structure. We can apply the economic concept of 'scarcity assumption' to reflect on the following three questions in the field of education: 1) what are the scarce resources in education? 2) what are our children and youngster asking for? 3) how can the reintegration of social resources meet students' reasonable needs?
