摘要
目的 制备锌原卟啉。方法 用猪血或牛血中的血红蛋白制得氯化血红素、原卟啉 ,再由原卟啉制得锌原卟啉。结果 所制得的锌原卟啉为紫黑色固体 ,不溶于水 ,微溶于乙醚 ,溶于乙醇呈深红色溶液。结论 锌原卟啉在常温下性质稳定 ,毒性小 ,与锌叶绿酸a在医疗上有相似的疗效 ,可进一步做临床实验。
OBJECTIVE To study the synthesis of zinc protoporphyrin(ZP). METHODS The whole blood, taking from swine or cattle, was defibrinated and heated with glacial acetic acid to get the haemin. It was found that the haermin, whether it was produced from pig blood or cattle blood, had a similar crystal shapes and crystal size. By refluxing the mixture of haemin, formic acid solution and iron powder, protoporphyrin was obtained and it was acetylized by heating the mixture of protoporphrin with acids. The synthetic ZP was that protoporphyrin coordinated with ZnSO 4 to produce ZP. RESULTS The synthetic ZP was a brown red solid. It was insoluble in water, slight soluble in ethyl ether and soluble in ethyl alcohol. CONCLUSION The zinc protoporphyrin produced by this method is stable at room temperature and the toxicity is rather small. The preliminary clinical application results showed that it had the similar medical effect as that of zinc chlorophyllin. It would be valuable to do further investigation in clinical trial.
