姜红止痛搽剂的质量标准

The quality standards for Jianghong Zhitong liniment

目的 建立姜红止痛搽剂的质量标准。方法 采用薄层色谱法 (TLC)对制剂中的姜黄、红花、乳香、没药进行定性鉴别 ;采用高效液相色谱法 (HPLC)测定制剂中姜黄素的含量。结果 TLC分离效果好 ,斑点清晰 ;姜黄素含量在 0 .0 7～ 0 .35 μg范围内 ,线性关系良好 (r=0 .9993) ,平均回收率为 99.92 %,RSD =1.6 7%(n =5 )。结论 所用方法专属性强、重复性好 ,可用于该制剂的质量控制。

OBJECTIVE To establish the quality control standards for Jianghong Zhitong liniment.METHODS Rhizoma Curcumae longae,Flos carthami,Olibanum,Myrrha were identified by TLC;The content of curcumin in Jianghong Zhitong was determined by HPLC.RESULTS The identified characteristics of chromatography were distinct and the spots were clear;The linear relationship was good for curcumin ( 0.07-0.35 μg),r=0.9993.The average recovery was 99.92%,RSD=1.67%.CONCLUSION These methods are specific and accurate. They can be used as the quality control method of this preparation.
