Determination of sulbactam pivoxil in Amoxicillin/Sulbactam pivoxil tablets by HPLC

目的 测定阿莫西林 /舒巴坦匹酯片中舒巴坦匹酯的含量。方法 采用高效液相色谱法 ,Shimpackvp -ODS色谱柱(15 0mm× 4.6mm ,5 μm) ,流动相为乙腈 -水 (5 0∶5 0 ) ,检测波长 2 0 4nm。 结果 平均回收率为 10 1.0 %,RSD =3.6 %(n =9)。结论 所用方法简便、准确 ,可用于本品的质量控制。

OBJECTIVE To develop an HPLC method for determination of sulbactam pivoxil in Amoxicillin/Sulbactam pivoxil tablets.METHODS The assay was performed on an ODS column with acetonitrile-water(50∶50)as mobile phase, at 204 nm.RESULTS The recovery of sulbactam pivoxil was 101.0% with RSD=3.6%.CONCLUSION The method is simple and precise for quality control of Amoxicillin/Sulbactam pivoxil tablets.
