Determination of icariin in Bikang capsules by HPLC

目的 建立痹康胶囊中淫羊藿苷的含量测定方法。方法 采用高效液相色谱法 ,MetachemKromasilC18色谱柱(4.6mm× 2 5 0mm ,5 μm) ;流动相为乙腈 -水 (2 6∶74) ,检测波长 2 70nm。 结果 淫羊藿苷在 0 .2 0 5～ 2 .0 5 0 μg范围内线性关系良好 (r =0 .9999) ,平均回收率为 98.2 9%,RSD =2 .0 6 %。结论 所用方法准确、简便、可行。

OBJECTIVE To establish a method for determination of icariin in Bikang capsules by HPLC.METHODS The assay was performed on a C 18 column as stationary phase with CH 3CN-H 2O(26∶74)as mobile phase at 270 nm RESULTS The linearity was good within the range 0.205-2.05 μg(r=0.9999).The average recovery was 98.29% and RSD = 2.06%. CONCLUSION The method is simple,precise and available.
