伤科七味片的薄层色谱鉴别

Identification of Shangke Qiwei tablets by TLC

目的 鉴别伤科七味片中的三七、丁香、血竭三味中药。方法 采用薄层层析法。结果 在薄层色谱上均能检识出三七、丁香、血竭的色谱斑点。结论 所用方法可行 ,专属性强 ,重复性好。

OBJECTIVE To identify 3 Chinese materia medica in Shangke Qiwei tablets,which were composed of Radix notoginseng, Flose caryophylli and Sanguis draconis.METHOD The components in the tablet were identified by TLC,and compared with the chemical reference substances and blank samples, respectively. RESULTS Radix notoginseng,Flose caryophylli,Sanguis draconis could be detected by TLC. CONCLUSION The method is practical, special and reproducible.
