RP-HPLC测定不同品种黄连中的黄连碱和表小檗碱

Determination of coptisine and epiberberine from different species of Coptis by RP-HPLC

目的 测定不同黄连药材中黄连碱、表小檗碱的含量。方法 采用反相高效液相色谱法。结果 不同品种的黄连中黄连碱的含量均在 1%以上 ;所有的黄连均含有黄连碱、表小檗碱、小檗碱、巴马汀、药根碱的五个峰 ,它们之间的含量比例为1.5∶1∶6∶1.5∶0 .8。结论 所用方法可作为黄连药材的定量测定方法。

OBJECTIVE To determine the concentration of coptisine,epiberberine from C.deltoidea,C emelensis,C teeta,C teetoides,C. linearisepala,C. chinensis and C. chinensis var.brevisepala.METHODS RP-HPLC was used. RESULTS and CONCLUSION All species of Coptis contained coptisine and epiberberine. The content of coptisine was over 1% . All species of Coptis had the five common peaks: coptisine, epiberberine,berberine,palmatine and jatrorrhizine and the ratio between them was about 1.5∶1∶6∶1.5∶0.8.
