农业科技情报转化为生产力基本模式初探

PRELIMINARY STUDY ON THE BASIC MODEL FOR THE TRANSFORMMATION FROM AGRICULTURAL SCIENTECH INFORMATION INTO PRODUCTIVITY

本文从理论与实践的结合上,对农业科技情报转化为生产力问题进行了深入系统地论述,具体阐明了情报供求转化的途径、方法、效果及模式间的依存关系和发展的前景。科技情报的转化,从其创造者传递到需求者,主要是通过口头语言情报和文献情报系统的传输来实现的。把农业科技情报转化为生产力初步归结为四种模式,并对其各自的内在特征、需要的条件,适应的范围,具有的优势和存在的弊端等进行了初步的探讨。

From the point of combination theory with practice, a thorough and systematic expoundation of the transformation from agricultural scientech information into productivity was made by the author, and the relationship between the approaches, methods, effects and models of the transformation between demands and provission of information, and its prospects were discri- bed in detail. The dissemination of scientific information from producers to users, is realized mainly through the dissemination of information orally and through document information systems. The inherent natures, necessary con- ditions, adaptable scopes, advantages and disadvantages of the 4 models of transformation from agricultural scientech information into productivity were studied.
