A Review of Synthetic Reactions of Moxifloxacin

综述莫西沙星的有关合成反应。莫西沙星是新近上市的氟喹诺酮药物之一,其抗菌谱广,特别是喹诺酮环8 位上甲氧基的存在,其抗革兰氏阳性菌活性比环丙沙星、诺氟沙星等明显增强,且无明显的光毒性。

Moxifloxacin, one of newly marketed fluoroquinolones, has a broad spectrum of antibacterial activity. Especially, the methoxyl group at the 8 position of the fluoroquinolone ring makes it display more superior antibacterial activity against the Gram-positive bacteria and less phototoxic property than that of ciprofioxacin and norfloxacin. The synthetic reactions of moxifloxacin were reviewed in this paper.
