摘要
目的 探讨急性白血病患者血液中可溶性Fas(sFas)和一氧化氮水平的变化。方法 采用ELISA法检测 47例急性白血病患者血浆sFas的含量 ,比色法检测NO的含量。结果 急性白血病患者血浆sFas的水平显著高于正常对照组 ,而NO的含量显著低于正常人对照组。结论 提示急性白血病患者血液中sFas和NO水平的变化与白血病细胞逃避机体免疫杀伤作用有一定关系。
Objective To observe the plasma levels of soluble Fas(sFas) and nitric oxide (NO) in the patients with acute leukemia and their clinical significance.Methods The plasma concentration of sFas was determined by ELISA and that of NO was detected by a colormetry.Results The level of sFas in the patient with acute leukemia was significanty higher than that of control group (P<0.01),but the coucentration of NO in acute leukemia patient was lower than that of the control group.Conclusion The changes of plasma sFas and NO might be correlated with the immunologic escape of leukemia cells in the patients.
