SARS一线医护人员SCL-90调查分析

SCL-90 Results of Medical Staffs treating SARS

目的 :了解非典型肺炎对一线医护人员的心理影响。方法 :对在隔离病房工作的医护人员进行了SCL -90量表评定 ,并将结果与正常人群进行对照分析。结果 :发现医护组SCL -90总分和阳性项目数都显著高于对照组。阳性症状痛苦水平医护组也显著高于对照组 ,SCL -90的所有 9个因子医护组的评分都显著高于对照组评分。显示在一线隔离病房的医护人员与社会其它群体相比 ,有着较高的心理痛苦水平。结论 :提示在关注医护人员的隔离防护状况的同时 ,也应该关注他们的心理健康状况。

Objective:In order to understand the psychological impact brought by the outbreak of SARS Method:We did a survey with SCL-90 in 148 medical staffs who were working in SARS hospitals 52 citizens were collected as normal control Result:With the comparison of normal control, we found that the total score and positive items of SCL-90, positive symptom distress level, and scores of nine factor of SCL-90 were significantly higher than those in normal controls This indicated that medical staffs were more distress than other populations in the SARS epidemic It is suggested that we should take care of mental health status of medical staff working in SARS hospitals
