摘要
目的 寻求降低糖尿病胰岛素抵抗 (IR)、纠正糖脂代谢紊乱及抗脂质过氧化综合作用的最佳疗效食品。方法 Wis tar雄性大鼠 33只 ,每只体重 2 5 0 g左右 ,随机选 7只饲以基础饲料为正常对照组 (A组 ) ,其余 2 6只制成糖尿病大鼠模型后 ,按体重和胰岛素敏感指数 (ISI)均衡的原则分成 4组 ,即糖尿病对照组 (B组 )、优化复合纤维 (SFC)干预组 (C组 )、SFC治疗组(D组 )、重组复合纤维 (AFC)治疗组 (E组 )。比较SFC和AFC对大鼠摄食量、体增重、糖脂代谢、过氧化物、ISI等综合作用。结果 ①SFC和AFC对大鼠摄食量无影响 ,与B组比均可降低肝体比和体增重 (P <0 .0 5 )。② 实验末期与B组比 :C、D、E三组均可降低果糖胺 (FMN)、低密度脂蛋白胆固醇 (LDL C)、一氧化氮 (NO)、糖耐量曲线下面积 (AUC)、空腹血糖 (FBG)、胆固醇 (TC)、甘油三酯 (TG) (均为P <0 .0 5 ) ,明显升高ISI(P <0 .0 5 ) ,D、E两组还可明显降低空腹胰岛素 (FINS) (P <0 .0 5 )。对脂质过氧化物 (LPO)的降低作用和对高密度脂蛋白 (HDL C)的升高作用均为D组优于C组和E组 ,与B组比 (P <0 0 5 ) ,与A组比 (P >0 .0 5 )。③对C、D、E三组大鼠不同处理前后比较 :各组处理后AUC、FBG、TC、TG均较处理前明显降低 (P <0 0 5 ) ,FINSD。
Objective To find the best foods that have a synthetic effect on lowering insulin-resistance(IR),correcting the disorder of metabosism of glucose and lipids and having anti-lipid peroxidation.Methods Male Wistar rats(n=33,weight about 250 g) were used. Of the rats 7 were chosen random1y as control group(group A)and were fed a normal diet and the others(n=26)were developed as type 2 diabetes mellitus model,and they were divided into into 4 groups:diabetes mellitus model group(group B),superior fiber complexes(SFC) intervention group(group C),SFC treatment group(group D),and artificial fiber complexes (AFC) treatment group (group E).The effects of SFC and AFC on the metabolism of glucose and lipids,food intake,weight gain,lipid-peroxidation and insulin sensitivity index (ISI)were observed.Results ①SFC and AFC did not affect food intake but lowered body weight gain and the ratio of liver weight to body weight.②Compared with group B,groups C,D and E could lower fructosamine (FMN),low-density lipoprotein cholesterol(LDL-C),lipid peroxidation (LPO).③The area under curve(AUC),fasting insulin(FINS),total cholesterol(TC)and decreased significantly,but ISI were increased in every group after treatrment(P<0.05).④ After treatment,all parameters were better in group D than in group E.Conclusion SFC can reduce the IR. Its corrective effect on the metablism disorder of glucose and lipids and anti-lipid peroxidation is superior to AFC.
