摘要
目的 :通过对SD大鼠进行腹腔注射氯化甲基汞的暴露方式 ,研究亚急性条件下氯化甲基汞对大鼠生长发育的影响和对大鼠脑组织造成的氧化损伤。方法 :将SD大鼠暴露于不同剂量甲基汞下 ,暴露时间 7天 ,记录大鼠的体重变化情况。 7天后处死 ,测定谷胱甘肽过氧化物酶(GSH -px)和超氧化物歧化酶 (SOD)活性及丙二醛 (MDA)含量。结果 :各指标在暴露组与对照组均表现出极显著的差异 (P <0 0 1 )。大鼠的体重呈现不同的变化趋势 ,其中暴露组体重明显受到抑制。结论 :大鼠暴露 7天后产生了明显的脂质过氧化 ,表明自由基尤其是活性氧自由基(ROS)在体内有过量积累。ROS的过量产生会降低脑中神经生长因子 (NGF)的水平 ,从而抑制大鼠的生长发育。
Objective:To study effects of methymercury chloride and lipid peroxidation on the growth of rats and oxidation trauma of brain.Rats were given injection of methylmercury chloride.Methods:The rats were exposured in methylmercury for 7 days,and then determine the change of their weight,the activity of SOD and Gpx,the content of MDA.Results:The results showed that after exposure 7 days,all lipid peroxide indexes changed distinctively and the weight of rats are restrained to different extent.Conclusions:After exposure of 7 days,lipid peroxide happened markedly,it showed that free raidcal,especially oxygen species(ROS)accumulated in body excessively.The excess production of ROS will drop the level of nerve growth factor and then inhibit the growth of rats.
