食管调搏电生理检查对阵发性室上性心动过速诊断的准确性评价

Evaluation of the accuracy of transesophageal atrial pacing electrophysiologic in diagnosing paroxysmal supraventricular tachycardia

目的 :评价经食管心房调搏电生理检查对阵发性室上性心动过速诊断的准确性。方法 :比较 35例阵发性室上性心动过速患者的食管和心腔内电生理检查结果。结果 :35例阵发性室上性心动过速患者的食管电生理检查结果与心腔内电生理检查结果完全一致。结论 :经食管心房调搏电生理检查对阵发性室上性心动过速的常见类型如房室结双径路参与的房室结折返性心动过速及隐匿性房室旁道参与的房室折返性心动过速具有明确的诊断价值。

Objective:To determine the accuracy of transesophageal electrophysiologic in diagnosing paroxysmal supraventricular tachycardia.Methods:35 patients with paroxysmal supraventricular tachycardia underwent both transesophageal electrophysiologic and intracardiac electrophysiologic studies.Results:The results of studies were concordant both transesophageal studies and intracardiac studies.Conclusions:Transesophageal electrophysiologic studies are highly accurate means of diagnosing the ordinary paroxysmal supraventricular tachycardia both AV node reentrant tachycardia and AV reentrant tachycardia of latent atrio-bgpass.
