^(60)Co交替半身照射治疗白血病的临床研究

CLINICAL STUDY OF ALTERNATE HEMI-BODY IRRADIATION USED ^(60) Co FOR LEUKEMIA

目的 :观察 6 0 Co交替半身照射治疗白血病的疗效。方法 :选择化疗缓解后的白血患者 ,强化预处理后行 6 0 Co交替半身放疗 ,观察临床、血、骨髓象等变化 ;放疗后未复发患者不用化疗 ,急淋患者不用腰穿鞘内给药治疗 ;与同期未放疗患者比较疗效。结果 :10例患者经 6 0 Co交替半身放疗后 ,现存活 7例 ,死亡 3例 ;其中存活 2年以上者 3例 ,放疗期间无 1例死亡 ;同期未放疗但能坚持巩固、维持化疗患者 9例 (存活 2年以上 3例 ,死亡 3例 ) ,两组比较无显著性差异 (P>0 .0 5 )。缓解后未维持化疗 2 7例患者中无 1例存活 2年以上 ,与放疗组比较差异有显著性 (P<0 .0 1)。结论 :6 0 Co交替半身放疗适用于经济困难、无条件做骨髓移植及不能坚持巩固、长期维持化疗的急淋白血病患者 ,可减少反复腰穿鞘内注射化疗。

Objective:To investigate the effect of allternate hemi body irradiation used 60 Co on treatment of leukemia.Methods:The patient suffered leukemia of complete remission be chosed,used 60 Co to alternate hemi body irradiation after pretreatment of chemotherapy,examined general blood and marrow after alternate hemi body irradiation regular to observe curative effect,do without chemotherapy provided that the patient not relapse after alternate hemi body irradiation,do without for injected chemistry druggery in the patient suffered acute lymphocyte leukemia puncture in the lumbar,compare the patient without irradiation in same term on curative effect.Results:10 case after used 60 Co to alternate hemi body irradiation,exist 7 case,death 3 case;(exist 3 case>2 year)without death in used 60 Co to alternate hemi body irradiation period;9 case maintain chemotherapy but not irradiation in same term(exist 3 case>2 year,death 3 case)compare without makedness difference in curative effect in twain group between( P >0.05)the same term not maintain chemotherapy 27 case without the patient exist>2 year,markedness difference in twain group compare( P <0.01).Conclusion:The same with altermate hemi body irradiation with 60 Co for the patient outlay lessen,without condition to Allo BMT,can't maintaim chemotherapy,may reduce injected chemistry druggery in the patient suffered acute lymphocyte leukemia puncture in the lumbar,heighten survival quality in the patient suffered acute lymphocyte leukemia.
