摘要
理论研究和实践结果均表明 ,在IT投资与企业绩效之间并不存在必然联系。事实上 ,大量的IT投资如果没有提高企业信息技术的运用能力 ,则不可能为企业带来显著的经济效益。IT能力作为企业IT投入和产出之间的一个中间变量 ,从根本上解释了企业IT运用的成败本质 ,其框架和要素的提出 ,为我国企业信息化实践提供了一个切入点和支撑点。
The relationship between information technology and firm performance is widely questioned as research and pragmatic results indicate. In fact, the investment in information technology can't bring remarkable productivity to firms if those firms are not provided with information technology capability. As a middle variable between information technology input and output, information technology capability is the true basis and a viable perspective for our firms on how to improve the application and management of information technology.
