优先购股权激励作为一种在国外企业渐已通行、并被证明是较为有效的激励制度,倍受国内企业界、学术界关注。优先购股权制作为一种解决长期激励问题的有效机制,可以为国企经营者有效激励提供借鉴。购股权激励并非能够单独发挥作用,而是需要一个良好的运行环境,优先购股权在我们国家发挥其内在激励效果还有许多工作要做。
As one of the effective motive systems,ESO has been arousing more and more people's interest in that ESO's long-term motive system may well help reform state-run enterprises. As there are lots of barriers to implementing ESO in China, great efforts must be made to remove the barriers.
