精神科护士焦虑状况的调查与分析

Investigation and Analysis of the Anxiety Status of Nurses of Psychiatric Department

目的 探讨精神科护士的焦虑状况。方法 采用焦虑自评量表 (Self ratingAnxietyScale ,SAS)对 10 5名精神科护士进行问卷调查。结果 精神科护士的焦虑得分平均为 (47 6 1± 8 37)分 ,明显高于国内常模 ,差异有非常显著性 (P <0 0 1) ;焦虑检出率为 4 1 0 % ,焦虑状况较严重的人群特征为 :①年龄 30岁～ 4 0岁 ;②已婚 ;③性格内向者。结论 对精神科护士应提供心理保健咨询、保健服务及有效的社会支持 ,从而降低焦虑发生率 。

Objective To explore the anxiety status of the nurse of psychiatric department. Method The Self-rating Anxiety Scale (SAS) was used in 105 nurses of psychiatric department for investigation and analysis. Results The average marks of anxiety in nurses of psychiatric department was 47.61±8.37. It was higher than the normal model in our country and there was significantly difference between them (P<0.05). The rate of anxiety status among the nurses was 41.0%. Characteristic feature of the crowd inclined to get severe anxiety status were age from 30 to 40, marital status and introversion. Conclusion Psychological service and effective social support should be provided for nurses of psychiatric department in order to decrease the rate of anxiety status and improve their psychologic health standard.
