摘要
文章分析了档案部门引入"人本管理"思想的重要意义,并结合档案工作的实际情况提出了一些切实可行的措施。强调必须通过人性化的管理对档案工作人员的积极性、主动性、创造性加以科学的引导,并为广大档案用户营造一个良好的人性化空间,以保证档案工作整体目标的实现。
This paper elaborates the significance of introducing the Humanistic Management by archives departments. Combining with the reality of archives work, it also puts forward some feasible measures, emphasizing that we should give scientific guidance toward the initiative and creativity of archives staff, create favorable environment for all archives customers, so the whole object of archival works may be ensured.
