改革开放以来,我国的经济、政治、文化等领域发生了深刻的变化,形成了经济成分和经济利益格局多样化、社会生活多样化、社会组织形式多样化、就业岗位和就业形式多样化的局面。文章论述了"四个多样化"对党风廉政建设带来的影响,并对从严治党和加强党风廉政建设等问题进行了探索,提出在"四个多样化"情况下,应抓好教育、加强监督、健全法制,对敢于无视法纪、违法犯罪的人要严惩不怠等强化廉政建设的途径。

Since the reform and opening up, profound changes have taken place in economy, politics, and culture etc., hence a variety of economic component and benefit pattern, variety in social life, social organization form and in employee post and situation. The essay elaborates influence of the'Four Varieties' upon honesty building of party conduct, and discusses some problems about strictly administering the party and enhancing the honesty building of party conduct. Meanwhile, it puts forward some methods to intensify the honesty building under the situation of the 'Four Varieties', such as paying attention to education, intensifying supervision, perfecting legal system, and punishing those who disregard the law and commit crime.
