摘要
目的 :本文对高强功率密度的矩形Nd :YAG激光短脉冲辐照作用下离体牙的牙石气化行为进行了实验研究。方法 :借助于电子分析天平对牙石气化量的测定 ,实验探讨了激光参数的变化对牙石气化行为的影响。同时利用光学显微镜及高速动态摄影技术记录整个实验过程。结果 :①功率密度小于 4 0 0 0MW /m2 时不发生牙石气化现象。②激光辐照 5 0次后开始发生牙石气化。③本文得到了牙石气化后形成的孔穴状况图片。结论 :①存在发生牙石气化现象的跨界激光辐照通量。②牙石的气化速率与牙石的成分有关。③激光去除牙石后的孔穴外形均匀 ,清洁 ,有利于临床治疗。
Objective:To evaluate the effect of the pulsed Nd:YAG laser on the dental calculus of extracted human teeth.Methods:The dental calculus on the extracted human teeth as irradiated by the Nd:YAG laser with variable parameters.Meanwhile,an electric analytical balance was used to measure the amount of the evaporated calculus.The process was observed under the optical microscope and high speed photography.Results: ①Calculus gasification did not occur when the pulse power density was lower than 4000MW/m 2.②The calculus began to be gasified after 50 pulses.③The pictures showed that the borders of the holes were clear and clean after calculus removed.Conclusion: ①A threshold value of energy density for calculus gasification may exist.②The rate of calculus gasification is associated with the composition of the calculus.③Nd:YAG laser may be applied in clinical calculus elimination.
