摘要
目的 :观察偏侧咀嚼对大鼠髁突形态及嚼肌超微结构的影响。方法 :选用 4 0只 4周龄大鼠 ,造成偏侧咀嚼模型。 8周后处死动物 ,取两侧髁突软骨和嚼肌 ,分别用光镜和透射电镜观察髁突软骨的形态和嚼肌的超微结构。结果 :偏侧咀嚼大鼠两侧髁突软骨增殖层、过渡层变薄 ,且非咀嚼侧重于咀嚼侧 ;咀嚼侧嚼肌肌膜不清 ,线粒体排列紊乱 ,非咀嚼侧线粒体肿胀 ,两侧嚼肌线粒体都出现空泡化。结论 :偏侧咀嚼可以引起双侧髁突软骨细胞的损伤 ,并影响两侧嚼肌的代谢 。
Objective: To investigate the influence of hemimastication on morphology of condyle and ultrastructure of masticatory muscles.Methods:A hemimastication animal model was set up on 40 4-week-old rats.Eight weeks later the rats were killed,and excised bilateral condyle cartilage and masticatory muscles.Then,we observed the porphology of condyle and the ultrastructure of masticatory musles with light microscope and transmitting electroscope respectively.Results:The proliferative and transitional strata became thinner on bilateral condyle cartilage of hemimasticatory rats.And the non-masticatory sides were more severe.On masticatory sides,the sarcolemma of masticatory muscles was unclear and the mitochondria was arranged disorderly, while the mitochondria on non-masticatory side dilated.And the mitochondria on both sides showed vascuolar degeneration.Conclusions:Hemimastication could damage the cartilage cells of condyle both sides and affect the motablism of masticatory muscles, causing their impairment.
