摘要 目的 :研究开发临床实用的计算机头影测量分析软件。方法 :以Windows98为开发平台 ,VisualC ++6 .0为开发工具 ,SQLServer为数据库后台 ,开发能运行于Windows98/ 2 0 0 0系统的软件。结果 :研制开发出了由使用者直接在屏幕上确定标志点 ,由计算机自动测量出结果的头影测量软件。该软件具有强大的数字图像处理功能 ,能对图像进行去除噪声、锐化边缘、直方图均衡等预处理 ,还可随时进行图像放大、亮度 /对比度调节、软硬组织增强等操作 ,极大地提高了标志点定位的精确性。该软件预置了六种常用的头影测量分析方法 ,并且可由使用者自定义 5 0种分析方法和 1 0 0项测量项目和标志点 ,完全可以满足临床和科研的需求。结论 :该软件操作简便、结果可靠 ,能符合临床实用要求 。 Objective:To develop a program for clinic cephalometric analysis directly on monitor-displayed digital images.Methods:The program was developed in Visual C++6.0, using SQL Server database. It runs on Windows 98/2000.Results:The following established cephalometric analyses were included in the program: Down, Tweed, Steiner, Wit's, Wylie and the method using by Nanjing Medical University.In addition, an orthodontist can simply define his own analyses.Totally, 50 analyses and 100 landmarks can be added to the program.Computer image enhancement, including median filter, histogram equalization, gray-scale linear transformation and edge enhancement, was used in the program to improve the quality of digital images.Conclusions:A program has been developed which has facilitated cephalometric analysis from digital skull radiographs.
