颌面颈部侵袭性纤维瘤病并文献复习

Aggressive Fibromatosis Tumor in Jaw,Face and Neck and Literatures Reviewed.

目的 :探讨颌面颈部发生的侵袭性纤维瘤病的发病情况和治疗情况。方法 :对 1 2例侵袭性纤维瘤病患者的发病部位 ,肿瘤大小 ,手术方法以及复发情况的观察 ,回顾国内外相关文献的报道。结果 :发生在颌面颈部的侵袭性纤维瘤病 1 2例 ,手术切除后 1 0例痊愈 ,2例复发。结论 :颌面颈部侵袭性纤维瘤病早期手术治疗效果甚好 ,该病有较独特的安全边界 。

Objective:To explore the best treatment of aggressive fibromatosis tumor in jaw,face and Neck.Methods:To investigate and to analyze the tumor sizes, surgical operation methods and relapses of the l2 cases of the diseases in our hospital; to consult the reported documents in and abroad; to study every method of the treatment.Results:Among the cases which occur in maxillofacial region and neck,2 cases relapse after cutting off.Conclusions:Operation in the forepart has good effect ,as the disease has a character safety borderline ,the excision should beyond anatomical boundary.
