1016例重型颅脑损伤的诊治体会

Study on 1016 severe craniocerebral injury cases

目的 回顾性分析了 10 16例重型颅脑损伤的诊疗结果。方法 对 1980～ 2 0 0 2年收治的 10 16例GCS记分均在 8分以下的重型颅脑损伤患者进行分析总结。结果 手术治疗 2 77例 ( 2 7.2 6% ) ,非手术治疗 73 9例 ,82 5例恢复良好 ,10例重残 ,181例 ( 17.81% )死亡。结论 对重型颅脑损伤病人只要积极抢救及重视康复期处理 ,就能降低重残率及死亡率 。

Objective To review and analyze the results of the diagnosis and treatment on 1016 cases of severe craniocerebral injury (herein after referred to as SCI)patients.Methods Analyzing and summarizing 1016 cases of received and cured SCI patients from 1980 to 2002,whose GCS grades are all lower than 8.Results Among the 1016 SCI patients 277 patients treated with operation,taking 27.26%,739 patients treated without operation.825patients well recovered,10 patients severely disabled,181 patients died,taking 17.81%.Conclusions The rates of the severe disabled and death,so long as the SCI patients can be given emergency treatment and their recovery is attentively cared,could reduced and the quality of their life could be improved.
