消化性溃疡并穿孔103例的治疗经验

Experience for the Treatment of Peptic ulcer Perforation

目的 研究消化性溃疡并穿孔病例的诊断及治疗。方法 10 3例病人经病史、体检、腹部X线明确诊断。非手术治疗 18例 ,手术治疗 85例。结果 非手术治疗组 1人死于伴发的急性心肌梗塞 ,手术治疗 1人死于术后十二指肠残端瘘。并发症为膈下脓肿 ,切口感染 ,吻合口不完全梗阻。结论 早期诊断 ,掌握手术指征 ,可使该病得到有效治疗。

Objective To study the diagnosis and Trearent of Peptic ulcer Perforation.Methods Diagnosis was con-formed by history,physical Examination and abdominal X-ray test in 103 Caes.18 patients underwent non-operative treatment and 85 underwent operation.Results 1 Patient died of accompanied acute myocardial infarction in the non-oper-ative team.1 patient died of post -operative duodenofistula.The Complications were subdiaphragmatic abscess,infection of incision and incomplte obstruction of anastomy.Conclusions Early diagnosis,mastering of the operation In dications can make the treatment offective.
