大学作为教育体系中的重要环节 ,应响应党的十六大号召 ,将“三个代表”的思想更好地贯彻落实到为学生提供的服务中。这种服务具有全面性、多样性、深入性、延续性品质特征。应致力于提高教学服务质量 ,加快教学改革和教育管理体制改革 ;完善教育服务 ,弥补生涯指导工作空白 ;提高生活服务品质 ,加强后勤工作 ;完善服务质量评价机制 ,增加学生的参与比例。

As the significant part of education system, universities should be consistent with the demands from '16th Party Congress', and implement the thought of 'Three Represents' in the process of service for students. The service has the characteristics of comprehensiveness, variety, profundity, and sustainability. To be exact, the university should improve the teaching quality, speed up the reform of teaching and management system, perfect the education service and students instruction work, offer better life service, enhance logistics work, perfect the service evaluation mechanism, and take more students to participate in the evaluation. In a word, the university should strengthen and improve its service function for students.
