Sustainable Human Development and Problems on Higher Education in China

可持续发展是 2 0世纪 80年代形成的一种新的发展观 ,2 0世纪 90年代后期 ,成为中国高等教育发展中的一个重要命题和理念。其中 ,可持续原则对专业设置和调整 ,整体性原则对高等教育区域发展、少数民族教育机会均等 ,协调性原则对处理大学管理中学术管理与行政权力的关系 。

Sustainable development is a new development concept in the 1980s. In late 1990s, it has been the vital target and idea in the advancement of higher education in China, which can be detected by the following: the effect of principles of sustainable development on majors setting and adjusting; the effect of entirety principles on establishing the regional development strategy for higher education; the effect of fair principles on ensuring the minorities equal opportunity of education; the effect of coordinating principles on managing the relationship between scholar power and administration power.
