摘要
选用适当的包覆材料和工艺微胶囊包覆赤磷 ,通过DTA试验、吸湿性试验 ,摩擦感度试验评估包覆后赤磷的安定性。结果表明 ,赤磷的安定性大大提高 ,可以安全使用。文章对安定机理进行了一定的探讨 ,验证了实验结果。
Proper material and technology are applied to microencapsulate red phosphorus.The DTA tests,friction sensitivity tests and hygroscopic tests are used to evaluate the stabilityof microencapsulated red phosphorus.The resultshows thatthe stabiliˉty of red phosphorus has been enhanced and it can be safely used.The stabilizing mechanismhas been discussed to some extent to validate the result of the test.
