A型肉毒杆菌毒素治疗眼睑及面肌痉挛的临床观察

The curative effects of botulinum toxin A on treating the spasm of eyelids and facial muscles

目的 :观察A型肉毒杆菌毒素治疗 5 6例眼睑痉挛、面肌痉挛患者的疗效。方法 :用稀释后的A型肉毒素杆菌毒素行眼睑轮匝肌及面肌多点注射。结果 :5 6例患者均取得满意疗效。结论 :A型肉毒杆菌毒素可用于治疗眼睑痉挛及面肌痉挛 ,安全、有效 。

Objective:To observe the curative effects of botulinum toxin A on treating the spasm of eyelids and facial muscles.Method:56 cases were injected with diluted botulinum toxin A in the points of patientsorbiclaris oculi muscle and facial muscles.Result:All of the cases had got a good curative effect.Conclusion:It is a safe,efficient,and easy way for using botulinum toxin A to treat spasm of eyelids and facial muscles.
