YAG激光组织凝固术治疗血管运动性鼻炎的临床观察

A clinic observation on YAG tissue laser coagulation therapy in patients with vasomotor rhinitis

目的 :观察YAG激光组织凝固治疗血管运动性鼻炎的效果和术后反应。方法 :对 1 33例血管运动性鼻炎的鼻中隔粘膜、鼻丘及下鼻甲前端进行激光组织凝固 ,并行 1 5个月的追踪观察 ,以病情分级法判定疗效。结果 :这一方法对以阵发性喷嚏、水样鼻涕为突出症状的鼻炎患者确有明显近期效果 ,总有效率为 88 7%。结论 :这种方法简便易行 ,显效迅速 ,无严重并发症 。

Objective:To observe the effect and postoperative reaction of YAG laser tissue coagulation treatment in patients with vasomotor rhinitis.Methods:133 patients with vasomotor rhinitis were treated by laser tissue coagulation on the musosa of nasal septum?aggernasi and anterior extremity of inferior turbinate.A tracking observation lasting 15 months was followed.The method of histopathological grades was employed to assess.Results:This therapy surely had an apparent and instant effect on those with rhinitis,characterized by intermittent sneeze and liquid snivel,with a total effective rate of 88 7%.Conclusion:The simple and easily exercised therapy,with instant effect and without any severe complication,is an ideal cure to vasomotor rhinitis.
