鼻咽癌外周血单核细胞中GSH含量检测及临床意义

摘要 目的 :探讨鼻咽癌患者外周血单核细胞中谷胱甘肽 (GSH)含量与放疗近期疗效的关系。方法 :采用Tietze还原酶法检测 1 2 6例鼻咽癌患者和 1 0 2例健康人外周血单核细胞中GSH含量 ,观察两者之间的差异 ,同时观察鼻咽癌患者中GSH含量高于健康人群组和低于健康人群组鼻咽部肿物的近期疗效情况。结果 :鼻咽癌患者与健康人外周血GSH含量分别为 (1 4 0 0 3± 5 3 87)× 1 0 - 9mmol L和 (1 38 0 8± 6 4 92 )× 1 0 - 9mmol L ,两者无明显差异 (P <0 0 5 )。鼻咽癌患者中 6 5例大于 1 4 0× 1 0 - 9mmol L(A组 ) ,6 1例小于 1 4 0× 1 0 - 9mmol L(B组 ) ,两组放疗方法相同。放疗结束时两组鼻咽部肿物完全消退率和部分消退率分列为 4 7 7%、5 2 3%和 70 5 %、2 9 5 % ,有明显差异 (P <0 0 5 )。结论 Objective:To investigate the clinical significance of Glutathione(GSH) content of peripheral blood monocytes in patients with nasopharyngeal carcinoma.Methods:The GSH contents of peripheral blood monocytes in 126 cases of nasopharyngeal carcinoma patients and 102 cases of healthy persons were determined by Tietze method.The difference in contents between the two groups was observed and the recent regression of nasopharyngeal tumor in nasopharyngeal carcinoma patients whose GSH content was higher or lower than the average GSH contents of healthy persons was analysed.Results:The GSH contents of peripheral blood monocytes in nasopharyngeal carcinoma patients and healthy persons were(140 03±53 87)×10 -9 mmol/L and(138 08±64 92)×10 -9 mmol/L,respectively.There was no significant difference(P>0 05).The GSH contents of 65 cases of NPC patients was higher than 140×10 -9 mmol/L(group A),and 61 cases lower than 140×10 -9 mmol/L(group B).The two groups accepted the same radiotherapy.After finished radiotherapy,the complete regression rate and partial regression rate of nasopharyngeal tumor of the two groups are 47 7%,52 3% and 70 5%,29 5%,respectively(P<0 05).Conclusion:The GSH content of peripheral blood monocytes can be used as an index to forecast radiosensitivity and use GSH synthesis depressant to enhance the radiosensitivity.
