中国高校GIS专业核心课程设置问题的探讨

Discussion on the Core Courses Setup of GIS Major in Chinese Universities

1997年教育部对我国高等教育专业目录进行修订,在地理学科下增设了地理信息系统专业。本文针对中国高等学校GIS专业核心课程设置问题,从GIS专业课程体系及其分类入手,讨论了GIS专业的主要课程设置状况,在此基础上提出了核心课程设置的初步方案,并提出核心课程建设的具体对策与建议。

In1997,the high er education major catalog was adjusted by Chinese Ministry of Education.A new major-Geographical Information System(GIS)was added in geographic subject.Aimed at how to set up core courses of GIS major,a brief description of actual condition of GIS main courses is presented based on the analysis of its structure and classification,then a preliminary project of GIS core course setup is given by the team of Chinese University GIS Core Course Setup.At the end,some specific countermeasures and advices are put forward to GIS core course in this paper.
