摘要
对聚合物驱斜井在进行潜油电泵作业施工时存在的不利因素进行了分析,指出了由于聚合物驱油造成井液粘度增大,使摩擦阻力加大,从而给电泵机组在聚合物驱斜井下泵施工时带来困难。分析了施工中应解决的技术问题,提出了解决问题的方法。通过萨南油田聚合物驱投产的4口斜井,对聚合物驱斜井潜油电泵施工工艺进行了技术探讨。该工艺解决了由于聚合物驱斜井采油中出现的聚合物浓度增大、摩擦阻力大,导致在潜油电泵施工中容易损伤电泵机组和动力电缆,造成投产成功率低的问题,并对该工艺的经济效益情况进行了对比分析,从而为聚合物驱斜井在油田生产中更广泛应用潜油电泵生产方式提供了切实可行的方法。
The paper analyzes the disadvantage of electric pump-works on polymer flooding inclined wells, and points out that the polymer makes the liquids more sticky and more force of friction. For the reason, there are more difficult work on electric pump inclined wells. After 4 well-successful work in Sanan OilField, the paper gives the method to solve the problems oi low success rate, which is caused by the destroyed equipment or the destroyed cable, and contrasts the economic profits. It provides a useful engineering technology for electric pump-works on polymer flooding inclined wells in oilfield.
