摘要
海南3断块区处于辽河滩海地区,属于深层稀油油藏,油井井斜差异较大。为此,针对油井井斜角度和井深轨迹的不同,先后进行了普通泵、斜井泵、环式泵、潜油电泵等的优选及抽油生产试验,以确定不同泵型在海南3断块区的适应性。应用结果表明,根据不同角度的油井井斜,采取不同型号的抽油泵进行生产是合理的。通过对海南3断块区针对不同型号的抽油泵进行的现场应用效果分析,找出了不同型号的抽油泵在现场的适应性并付诸实施,取得了可观的生产效果,使海南3断块区的油田开发更趋合理。
Hainan-3 fault block Is located in the Liaohe offshore area with deep hurled light oil reservoirs. The borehole deviations of the oil wells vary significantly. Therefore, based on the differences among the borehole deviation angles and trajectory, screening and production tests were carried out for conventional pumps, deviated well pumps, reinforced ring pumps and electrical submersible pumps to determine the adaptation of different types of pumps in Hainan-3 fault block. The result showed that it is judicious to a-dopt different types of pumps according to different borehole devia- lion angles. Based on the analysis of the tesl results on Hainan-3 block, the degree of adaptation of different types of pumps were determined and put into irnplemenlalion. Salisfying resull of production was achieved. Thus the developmenl and produclion in Hainan-3 fault block is more reasonable.
