摘要
目的 尿液中铊含量测定。方法 Tl+ 在 0 5mol/L的NH4NO3 +NH3 底液中有良好的示波图 ,应用慢扫速示波计时电位法测定。结果 Tl+ 浓度与示波图切口高度在 1 0~ 2 0 μg/L范围内成正比 ,检出下限为 0 5 μg/L。结论 方法简单 ,方便 ,回收率和相对标准偏差分别为 99 2 0 %和 0 4 4 %。
Objective To develop a method for determination of trace amount of thallium in urine using slow sweep oscillographic chronopotentiometry.Methods Thallium ion has a favorable oscillogram at 0 5 mol/L in NH 4NO 3+NH 3 support electrolyte.After the urine sample was digested,the thallium concentration could be determined directly by slow sweep oscillographic chronopotentiometry.Results The standard curve is linear in the range of 1 0~20 μg/L.The detection limit of thallium is 0 5 μg/L.Conclusions The method is simple and easy to operate.The recovery rate and relative standard deviation are 99 20 % and 0 44 % respectively.
