铝电解作业对工人细胞遗传学影响的研究

摘要 目的探讨铝电解作业环境对工人细胞遗传物质的影响。方法对116名铝电解工人、26名碳素工人和56名非有害作业人员 (以下简称正常人群 )进行外周血淋巴细胞染色体畸变检测,观察其畸变类型及频率 ,并进行分析。结果铝电解工人外周血淋巴细胞染色体中四倍体细胞率高于碳素工人和正常人群 ,具有显著性差异 ;铝电解工人四倍体细胞率和染色体畸变细胞率随着接害工龄的增加而升高 ,工龄3年以上的铝电解工人四倍体细胞率和工龄6年以上的铝电解工人染色体畸变细胞率均高于正常人群 ,具有显著性差异。 Objective To explore the influence of aluminum electrolytic working environˉment over workers'cytogenetic hereditary substance.Methods The peripheral lymphocyte chromoˉsome aberration for116aluminum electrolytic workers,26carbon workers and56people working in the harmless enviromment(normal people),was detected as well as the types and frequencies of their aberration were observed and analysed.Results In aluminum electrolytic workers'peripheral lymphocyte chromosome,the percentage of tetraploid cells was higher than that of carbon workers and normal people,having significant difference.The percentage of tetraploid cells and chromosome aberration cells from aluminum electrolytic workers rose with the increase of the years of harmful working.The percentage of tetraploid cells of the aluminum electrolytic workers who have worked in harmful environment for3yers or more,and the percentage of chromosome aberration cells of aluˉminum electrolytic workers who have worked in harmful environment for6yers or more were all higher than those of normal people,having significant differences.Conclusion Aluminum elecˉtrolytic work can cause damage to workers'peripheral lymphocyte chromosomes.
