火针配合针刺治疗急性期带状疱疹40例疗效观察

Efficacy Observation on Acute Herpes Zoster Treated by Combination of Hot Needling and Acupuncture

目的 :观察火针配合针刺治疗急性带状疱疹的疗效。方法 :将符合纳入标准的 6 5例急性带状疱疹门诊患者按随机分配法分为治疗组 4 0例和对照组 2 5例 ,治疗组采用火针疗法 ,对照组采用口服阿昔洛韦片、加肌注卡介菌多糖核酸注射液的方法。结果与结论 :治疗组总有效率 1 0 0 % ,痊愈率 80 % ;对照组总有效率 92 % ,痊愈率 36 % ,组间对照两组疗效有显著性差异 (P <0 .0 1 )。在起效时间上 ,治疗组明显快于对照组 (P <0 .0 1 )。结论 :火针疗法配合针刺治疗急性期带状疱疹疗效确切 。

Objective: To observe the curative effect of hot needling combined acupuncture to treat acute herpes zoster. Methods: These 65 cases of patients with acute herpes zoster were divided into two groups, which including 40 cases treated with hot needling as treatment group and 25 cases treated with aciclovir and BCG vaccine as control group. Results: The efficacy of treatment group was in the utility rate of 100% and recovery rate of 80%. The control group was in the utility rate of 92% and recovery rate of 36%. There was a distinct difference between the efficacy of the two groups ( P<0.01 );The time of becoming effective in treatment group was shorer than the control group. Conclusion: The curative effect of hot needling was affirmed, which was excelled than the control group treated with western medicine. \[
