综观近年中医药治疗糖尿病及其并发症的进展 ,中医药治疗糖尿病及其并发症等方面具有较好的疗效和一定的优势 ,且副作用小。目前中医药治疗糖尿病及其并发症应以西医辨病与中医辨证相结合 ,再结合现代医学认识把握糖尿病及其并发症的病变规律和临床特点 ,参照中药的现代药理研究来认真筛选药物 。
