复方延胡索片中丹皮酚β-环糊精包合物的制备研究

Study on Preparation of β-cyclodextrin Container for Paeonal in Compound Yanhusuo Pills

目的 :研究 β -环糊精包合丹皮酚的最佳工艺。方法 :正交实验法 ,考察丹皮酚利用率、包合物产率 2个指标。结果 :优选出包合工艺为 :丹皮酚 :β-环糊精 (1 :1 0 ) ,包合温度 4 0℃ ,包合时间 4h ,乙醇浓度为 1 5 % ,丹皮酚利用率为 83.81 %。结论

Objective: To study the best technics of packing paeonal withβ- cyclodextrin. Methods: The utilization rat of paeonal and the productivity of container was studied by orthogonal experipsychological factor method. Results: The technics singled out was that paeonal compared to β- cyclodextrin is 1/10, with the temperature of 40℃, for 4 hours, the consistence of ethanol is 15%, the utilization rat of paeonal is 83.81%. Conclusion: This technics is suitable to great produce. \[
