双孔式鼓膜穿刺加中耳负压吸引治疗分泌性中耳炎

Secretory otitis media treated with double-holed tympanocentesis and aspiration vacuum given to tympanic cavity

目的 :探讨提高分泌性中耳炎 (SOM )疗效水平的方法。方法 :2 2 1例 (30 7耳 )SOM均行双孔式鼓膜穿刺及中耳负压吸引。对病因给予相应的有效治疗。结果 :30 7耳术后随访 1年 ,2 19耳痊愈 (占 71.3% ) ,76耳好转 (占 2 4 .8% )。结论 :认为对SOM及时行双孔式鼓膜穿刺加中耳负压吸引等综合治疗 ,可以获得显著效果。

Objective:To explore better therapy to improve the therapeutic effect for secretory Otitis media(SOM).Methods:221 cases(307 ears)with SOM were treated with tympanocentesis and aspiration vacuum given to tympanic cavity.The efficacious treatment was given according to the causes.Results:All these cases after the end of treatment were followed up for a year.Among them,219 ears were cured(71.3%),76 ears got better(24.8%).Conclusion:SOM can be cured only if treated in time with combining therapy including double-holed tympanocentesis and aspiration vacuum given to tympanic cavity and so on.
