急性脑卒中伴发抑郁症的临床研究

An clinical study on acute stroke and post-stroke depression

目的 :探讨急性脑卒中后抑郁症的发生情况、相关因素和治疗。方法 :对 90例急性脑卒中患者进行临床观察 ,评定日常生活能力及神经功能缺损程度。结果 :急性脑卒中后抑郁的发生率为 4 0 % ,抑郁与神经功能缺损程度、日常生活能力之间有明显关系。结论 :神经功能缺损程度越重 ,日常生活依赖程度越高 ,抑郁状态越明显。早诊断、早治疗 ,以便有利神经功能的恢复 ,提高生活质量。

Objective:To observe symptoms of post-stroke depression and affecting factors and treatments. Methods:To evalute their abilities of daily living and neurological deficits by observing 90 stroke patients in acute period.Result:40% of the patients were found to have depression.The post-stroke depression had positively relation to neurological deficits and abilities of daily living.Conclusion:The more deficient one's neurology is,and the more dependent one is on other people,the more depressive one becomes.Hence,earlier diagnosis and treatment may be helpful in reactivating neurology so as to make their life better.
