摘要
目的 应用UF-100自动尿液分析仪和VITROS 250生化分析仪改进脑脊液的检验方法。方法取脑脊液检查标本107例,以UF-100自动尿液分析仪测定白细胞、红细胞、细菌,并与显微镜计数法及细菌直接涂片法比较;以VITROS 250生化分析仪测定蛋白、葡萄糖、氯化物、乳酸脱氢酶、天门冬氨酸氨基转移酶、磷酸肌酸激酶同工酶。结果 UF-100自动尿液分析仪的白细胞和红细胞计数结果与显微镜计数法有良好的相关性(分别为:r=0.925,r=0.943 0),与细菌直接涂片法的符合率为86%,WBC和RBC计数的线性范围分别为3.4~3 500/μl,6~5500μl。血性脑脊液对部分生化项目有影响。结论 用UF-100自动尿液分析仪和VITROS 250生化分析仪检查脑脊液,方法简便、快速、准确,适于急诊检验。
Objective To improve the method of examination of cerebrospinal fluid (CSF) with UF-100 automated urinaly-sis analyzer and VITROS 250 automated biochemical analyzer. Methods WBC, RBC and bacteria were measured with UF-100 analyzers in 107 CSF samples,and compared with the Fuchs-Rosenthal chamber method. PROT,GLU,C1 ,LDH,AST and CK-B were measured with VITROS 250. Results Correlation studies between Fuchs-Rosenthal chamber and UF-100 for WBC and RBC counts showed r values were 0. 925 and 0. 943 respectively. The accordance of UF-100 and Gram stain was 86%. The linearities of WBC and RBC were 3. 4-3 500/μ1 and 6-5 500/μl respectively. Hemorrhagic CSF caused errors in partly biochemical test. Conclusions UF-100 and VITROS 250 offers a simple, rapid and reliable method for CSF examination.lt will be a useful method in the emergency laboratory.
