冠心宝口服液中原儿茶醛的含量测定

Determination of Protocatechuic Aldehyde in Guan Xinbao Oral Solution

目的:建立冠心宝口服液的含量测定方法。方法:采用HPLC法测定了制剂中原儿茶醛的含量,采用C18柱,以甲醇—1%冰醋酸(12∶88)为流动相,检测波长为320nm。结果:原儿茶醛的线性范围在0.05μg～0.87μg间,r=0.9998,平均加样回收率为96.94%,RSD=2.23%。结论:本法简便、准确,可作为本制剂的含量测定方法控制制剂质量。

Objective:To establish a method for the determination of protocatechuic aldehyde in Guan Xinbao oral solution.Methods:The determination was performed by HPLC,using C18 column,methanol and 0.1 %HAC(12∶88)as mobile phase and the detective wavelength was set at 320nm.Results:The recovery was 96.94 %,RSD=2.23 %.Conclusion:The method is simple,accurate and can be used for the method to control the quality in this medicine.
