牙周炎龈沟液免疫球蛋白含量的测定

Study on the levels of immunoglobulin in gingival cervicular fluid

用改良刻度毛细管收集龈沟液（ＧＣＦ），用单扩法测定了５０名健康人（Ｈ）和３２名成人型牙周炎（ＡＰ）龈沟液和血清中的ＩｇＧ、ＩｇＡ含量。结果：Ｈ组ＧＣＦ中ＩｇＧ为１．９６ｇ／Ｌ，是血清的１９％，ＩｇＡ未能测出。ＡＰ组ＧＣＦ中ＩｇＧ、ＩｇＡ分别为７．２１ｇ／Ｌ和０．８３ｇ／Ｌ，是血清的７１％和６１％，ＡＰ组ＧＣＦ中ＩｇＧ与牙龈指数（ＧＩ）有正相关，揭示ＧＣＦ中ＩｇＧ含量与局部炎症程度有关，本研究首次报道了健康人ＧＣＦ中ＩｇＧ含量，为研究ＧＣＦ中Ｉｇ含量提供了一个正常值参数。

Abstract The levels of IgG,IgA in gingival cervicular fluid(GCF)and serum were measured by immunodiffusion method. GCF was collected in improved and graduated capillaries from 50 healthy persons and 32 adult periodontitis patients(AP).The result showed that the level of IgG in GCF of healthy persons was 1. 96g/L and the ratio of IgG in GCF to that in serum was 19%. The level ofIGA in GCF of healthy persons was not available.In AP, the levels of IgG, IgA in GCF were 7.21g/L,0.83g/L and the ratio ofIgG and IgA in GCF to those in serum were 71%, 61% respectively.Rank correlation between Ig and clinic index in AP showed that only the level of IgG in GCF had positive correlation with GI. This study reported for the first time the level of IgG in GCF of healthy persons and suggested that the level of IgG in GCF had positive correlation with degree of inflammation in gingiva.
