摘要
目的 探讨雾化吸入复方丹参对大鼠局灶性脑缺血后脑组织诱导型一氧化氮合酶 (iNOS)的作用。方法 采用大脑中动脉线栓法造成局灶性脑缺血模型 ,应用免疫组织化学技术检测脑组织iNOS的表达 ,观察雾化吸入复方丹参对脑缺血后iNOS表达的影响 ,并进行神经病学评分。结果 雾化吸入组的缺血侧大脑皮层iNOS表达显著低于缺血对照组 (P <0 .0 5 ,P <0 .0 1 ) ,并可减轻神经损伤症状 (P <0 .0 5 )。结论 雾化吸入复方丹参能部分下调脑缺血所致iNOS的异常表达 ,这可能是其治疗缺血性脑血管病的机制之一。
Objective To study the effect of spray inhalation of salviae miltiorrhizae on the INOS expression of rats following focal cerebral ischemia. Methods To make the model of focal cerebral ischemia by inserting nylon thread into the internal carotid artery in rats and detect the expression of INOS by immunohisto-chemical method ,the effects of spray inhalation of salviae miltiorrhizae on the iNOS expression following focal cerebral ischemia were observed. Result iNOS expressions of cerebral cortex in ischemic side in the spray inhalation of salviae miltiorrhizae group were significantly lower than those in ischemic control group (P<0.05),and it could decrease the neurologic dificit score (P<0.05). Conclusion Spray inhalation of salviae miltorrhizae induced down regulation of iNOS expression. It was one of the protective mechanisms of spray inhalation of salviae miltiorrhizae on cerebral ischemia.
