后外侧保留胸肌切口在肺外科的应用

Clinical Application of a Musole-sparing Thoracotomy in Lung Surgery

目的 探讨后外侧保留胸肌切口在肺外科的临床应用。方法 对经后外侧保留胸肌切口治疗的 2 2例肺外科疾病进行疗效观察。结果 此切口避免大片胸壁肌肉切断 ;明显减轻术后胸痛和肩关节活动障碍 ;减少出血或输血 ,大大缩短开关胸时间。结论 经后外侧保留胸肌切口是可行的 。

Objective To assess the application of musole sparing thoracotomy approach in lung surgical operation.Methods 22 lung operations were performed using musole sparing posterolateral thoracotomy surgical procedures.Results The procedure reduced postoperative morbidity reduced bleeding and bank blood transfusion;and shorten operation time.Conclusion This study suggests that the musole sparing thopracotomy has some advantages.It should be widely used in lung surgical operations.
