PCR扩增rRNA基因在细菌菌种鉴定中的应用 被引量:11

摘要 PCR技术以其快速及准确的优点已广泛应用于微生物检测与菌种鉴定中。本文重点从 16SrRNA序列、16S~ 2 3SrRNA间隔序列、5SrRNA序列及tRNA基因序列扩增四个方面介绍了近年来PCR技术在细菌菌种鉴定中的应用。
