基质金属蛋白酶-26在正常妇女和子宫内膜异位症患者子宫内膜中的时空变化 被引量:7

摘要 目的 :研究正常生理状况下和子宫内膜异位症患者子宫内膜中 MMP- 2 6的时空变化 ,为进一步阐明 MMP- 2 6在子宫内膜周期性增生和剥脱及子宫内膜异位症发生中的作用提供依据。方法 :收集正常人和子宫内膜异位症患者在位及异位内膜共 1 0 5例 ,经苏木精 -伊红染色后 ,根据形态学标准确定标本的实际月经时期 ;以免疫组化分析研究 MMP- 2 6的时空变化。结果 :MMP- 2 6在子宫内膜功能层较强表达 ;在正常子宫内膜的基质细胞、腺上皮细胞和螺旋小动脉的血管内皮细胞均有阳性信号 ,信号强度随月经周期发生一定的变化 ,且内异症在位和异位内膜中的表达模式与正常组有显著不同。结论 :MMP- 2 6在正常子宫内膜中的表达模式显示这一分子在子宫内膜周期性变化和胚胎植入中发挥了一定的作用 ,而在异位症患者中的异常表达提示其与异位症的发病密切相关。 Objective:Demonstrate the temporal and spatial distribution of matrix metalloproteinase 26 (MMP 26) in physiologically normal endometria as well as eutopic and ectopic endometria of endometriosis, in order to provide evidences for understanding the roles of MMP 26 in the cyclic proliferation and breakdown of endometrium as well as in the occurrence of endometriosis. Methods:Seventy four cases of endometria with and without endometriosis were recruited, and the menstrual stages were determined with pathological criterion after the H&E staining. Immunohistochemical assay was performed to locate the MMP 26 in endometrium. Results:MMP 26 was positively stained in the stromal cells, glandular epithelial cells and endothelial cells of spiral arteriols in normal endometrium. The levels were changed with certain patterns during the menstrual cycle. The distribution pattern of MMP 26 in eutopic and ectopic endometria from endometriosis was quite different from that in normal endometrium.[WT5HZ]Conclusion:The distribution pattern of MMP 26 in normal endometrium indicated its possible roles in embryonic implantation and tissue remodeling during the menstrual cycle, while the abnormal expression of the molecule in endometria of patients with endometriosis might suggest its correlation with the occurrence of the disease.
